We love working with tangata Tiriti organisations who are committed to stepping fully into honouring Te Tiriti at a deep level and are up for the uncomfortable self-work and shifts that are required. We can work to craft an approach to culture change that is co-created with those organisations (big and small). This can include working with all levels and types of leadership (not confined to traditional positional leadership), assisting People and Culture departments with development programmes, and helping identify systemic issues that can be barriers to right relationship. We are particularly interested in helping organisations see and navigate the tensions between fundamentally different worldviews in ways that honour rather than erase difference.
