Our offerings
In addition to The Pākehā Project Leadership Journey, we have a range of programmes, workshops, coaching and interventions designed to develop capacities for deep reflection and meaningful action on the role of tangata Tiriti in honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Our expert facilitators and coaches work with organisations and individuals, using trauma-informed practice and experiential methods to help tangata Tiriti navigate the emotional territory that is necessary for dealing with uncomfortable material, and be able to bring about practical change. We are able to tailor programmes to specific organisational contexts and client needs.
TANGATA TIRITI WORKSHOPS
These full-day workshops are designed to develop capacities for deep reflection and meaningful action on the role of tangata Tiriti in honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi. They are delivered in trauma-informed ways by expert facilitators who are skilled at helping tangata Tiriti navigate the emotional territory that is necessary for dealing with uncomfortable material. Participants will be supported to consider the practical ways they can each participate in unpicking colonisation and racism and work towards an ethic of restoration in Aotearoa so that all can flourish. Sessions are tailored to the specific organisational context and client needs. The workshops develop essential leadership skills for our time.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING
We offer individual coaching for tangata Tiriti (especially Pākehā) who need support in navigating the difficult territory of racism and white supremacy, Te Tiriti justice and allyship, and their relationship to a colonised Aotearoa. We help people to work out their role in the restorative journey towards coming into right relationship with tangata whenua and honouring Te Tiriti fully, and in the process find their place to stand. We work in partnership with a number of coaches from our wider Pākehā Project community who are skilled in this work.
SMALL GROUP COACHING
Structured coaching programmes for teams or groups, delivered in person or online in 2-hour slots. The coaching sessions draw on material developed in the Pākehā Project Leadership Journey, and support the development of personal and team leadership capabilities for a Tiriti-based Aotearoa. Programmes are designed to acknowledge and work with all the messy feelings that arise in the exploration of racism, colonisation, privilege and power, and support participants with tools to help navigate that territory.
